Welcome to the home of the historic Mepham Wrestling team. Mepham High School is home to one of the most dominant wrestling programs that the country has ever seen. From 1937 - 1946, the Pirates grapplers ran off 100 consecutive victories. After a lone loss to Baldwin, the Pirates did not lose again until 1955! This time Mepham won 130 consecutive matches, resulting in an amazing 230-1 run from 1937-1955. You can learn more about the storied history of the Mepham Pirates Wrestling team here.
In recent years, the Pirates' matmen have upheld the glorious tradition of the program with numerous team and individual accomplishments. Explore this site to learn of the myriad accolades achieved by the Mepham wrestlers throughout the last 75+ years
